For fun filled days out, from amusement parks to wildlife sanctuaries, through to our beautiful coastline, you will never have a dull day whilst staying in North Devon. In any weather there are literally hundreds of facilities countywide that can cater for those rainy or hot sunny days. Why not try the Milky way for a fun packed day aimed primarily at the kids, or perhaps spend a day shopping in the busy shopping malls of Exeter. If your in to wildlife and nature, there is plenty to choose from as well, you could take a journey to the National Aquarium in Plymouth, which has the largest single aquarium in Europe, where you can literally watch sharks swim towards you no more than a couple of feet over your head !!!. Paignton Zoo is also a favourite for both kids and grown ups and makes for an excellent day out.
