How to find us

Southdown Farmhouse is situated right in the middle of the map between Barnstaple, Bideford and Great Torrington, five minutes from Alverdiscott on the B3232 (do not go to Yarnscombe village)

We are approximately six miles from the Roundswell Roundabout on the outskirts of Barnstaple (A39)

Then on the B3232 towards Great Torrington.  It takes about a 15-minute drive from here.

From Barnstaple Roundswell roundabout –

As you drive from Roundswell Roundabout you will see the sign (Torrington B3232) turn on the B3232 keep going until you see the pub The Hunters Inn on the left, then carry on through Alverdiscott, keep going for approximately 5 minutes and you will see the black and white BB sign on the left hand side, start to indicate and slow down then turn left at our sign (South Down farmhouse) just before North Devon quads sign, then directly left again into the courtyard and we are straight in front of you. Please park to the left of the courtyard.

(DO NOT GO TO YARNSCOMBE VILLAGE) this village is 1.5 mile away!

From Great Torrington head out on the B3232 towards Barnstaple for approximately 3 miles, go past Survival paintball on your right, we are 2 minutes in a car past this attraction on the right hand side.
